NCDEX coriander hits 2-month low as arrivals seen up

Futures contracts of coriander on NCDEX hit an over two-month low of 5,222 rupees per 100 kg because arrivals of the spice are seen rising from major producing states such as Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat in coming days. The most-active April contract of coriander on NCDEX traded down 2.2%.

Australia’s Jan chana export seen down 22% on month.

Australia’s chana exports in January are estimated at 62,781 tn, down 22% on month. The fall in exports is attributed to lower imports by India, the biggest market for Australian chana. In January, India imported a total of 675 tn of the commodity, down from 21,000 tn in December.
