USDA ups estimate for 2017-18 Bangladesh rice imports.

USDA has raised its estimate for Bangladesh rice imports in 2017-18 to 1.2 MMT from 1.1 MMT in September as the country continue to make emergency purchases. Bangladesh has been importing rice actively as floods in the country damaged a major portion of its rice crop and stocks. The country has been importing rice from Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia and is also in talks to buy from India.
