Register paddy seeds growers are not getting profitable price in Tripura.

Farmers who are registered as seeds grower by the department of Agriculture are not getting profitable price for paddy production, the farmers are getting at Rs 20 per kg for paddy seeds production. The price is not profitable for farmers because the production cost is increasing day by day. The high level officers of Agriculture Department of Tripura have admitted it that the register paddy growers are not getting actual price. It is true that the farmers are not getting actual price but farmers are doing very well in case of seeds production.
