Parle is planing to enter in pulses sector now under business development strategy.It may start selling Toor, Moong, Urad, Channa and Masoor dals through retail outlets,self service outlets and local retail chains and will cover more than five lakh cities.The decision is under consideration on the back of rollout on July 1 post.It would reduce pulses prices. Parle Products category head expects that pulses category can contribute around 7 to 8 % of its total business in two-three years.
